In Afghanistan, the US embassy was hit by two mortar or rocket rounds. Nobody was injured.

In Rome, the Pope, whoever he may be, does what he always does. He calls for world peace. Wonderful. Better he should demand an end to Christian persecution in the Islamic world.

Lest we forget, there is really only one country in the Holy Land where Christians can freely practice their faith-as can the followers of other religions. That is Israel.
