Hasan is Guilty (Duh) Sentencing Set for Monday

Just in. Nidal Hasan has been convicted unanimously on all counts, which means he is eligible for the death penalty.

    Wouldn't a military death penalty be by firing squad? Or, if in a federal facility, by lethal injection?
