DHS Loses Track of One Million Foreigners in the US

"We've lost the records of one million students."

More good news out of Washington and the Department of Homeland Security, one of the nation's biggest burglar alarm companies or something like that. Seems we have a million or so visa overstays running around the country, and DHS has no clue where they are.

Of course, Janet Napolitano is moving over to take the reins (figure of speech) of the University of California. She has already stated that she doesn't care whether UC students are "documented" or not. (Oh yes, she did. That was when she was introduced to the dopey regents who had the bad judgment to select her in the first place. It's on tape right here at Fousesquawk.)
