I came across this YouTube video of Senator Rand Paul taking then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to task over the Benghazi incident. Here is the clip of that portion of her testimony before the Senate a few months ago. Note how on the one hand she "takes responsibilty" then on the other hand says that the Accountability Review Board fixed responsibility for the failures at the Asst Secretary level and below.
So is this video old news and out-dated? I don't think so. Clinton denied any knowledge of arms being shipped out of Libya. Was that a true statement? We also know that those 4 DOS officials merely changed duties within the State Department. Where has been the accountability?
