Once again, slippery Eric Holder claims no involvement with the AP phone matter. He recused himself to avoid the appearance of conflict of interest. (hat tip Jim Healy and Johnspeedie.com)

My question is what was the conflict of interest that involved Holder and didn't involve his deputy, James Cole? If the subpoena was justified then stand by it. Sounds like Holder is hiding something again.
