Yes we do, and that is the problem with Biden being the proverbial "heartbeat away from the presidency". Younger men than Obama regularly die of natural causes and there is, of course, always the possibility of some nutso out there. Biden probably scares me more than Obama, if that is even possible.
We all know Joe puts his foot in his mouth. That's why he never got out of single digits as a candidate for president.
