I'm going with the Browns on this one for one simple reason. They are on a roll after their stunning and thrilling 7-6 win over the San Diego Chargers last week.

Sunday, they will have the home field advantage again with the world's greatest fans yapping in the Dawg Pound. My inside sources in Washington tell me that President Obama will also be present in the Dawg Pound as his aides do some last-minute voter registration.  As usual, the weather in Cleveland promises to suck giving the Browns yet another advantage.
