Thomas Perez
Our old friend Thomas Perez, Asst. Attorney General to Eric Holder, is back in the news (not the mainstream media, of course), at least within the blogosphere. Perez has a hard time answering questions when called upon to testify as he showed just days ago when questioned by Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) about free speech issues. At issue here is whether there was any high-level DOJ political discussion about the decision to drop the case against the New Black Panther Party-stemming from that 2008 Philadelphia voting place incident.

Of course, I suppose Judge Reggie Walton is just another Republican partisan like Darrell Issa and Charles Grassley trying to embarrass the administration.
