Janet Napolitano's DHS: More Accusations
-Fox News
The allegations of frat (or should we say sorority) behavior in Janet Napolitano's Department of Homeland Security involving her own political appointees gets worse as more employees have come forward to give sworn affidavits. Two women appointed by Napolitano to high-level positions within DHS, Suzanne Barr and Dora Schriro, are accused of embarrassing misconduct.

I have no idea as to the truthfulness of the allegations made, but there is an important point to be made here. Remember a few months back when the Secret Service scandal broke in Colombia? It was based on the original accusation made by a Colombian prostitute, who claimed that she was not paid for sexual favors by an agent. The investigation followed swiftly. To date, certain Secret Service agents have lost their jobs and more may follow. Without passing judgement on these accusations, it now remains to be seen how strenuously these charges will be investigated, charges made by DHS personnel.
If true, these incidents are a direct reflection upon the fitness of Napolitano to hold her position since she brought in these two women, with whom she has had "a long personal relationship"-whatever that means. Even if there is nothing more to that than a working relationship, if these allegations are true, Napolitano should be held accountable for bringing these two women into high-level positions in the Department of Homeland Security-the very agency charged with protecting the American people.
I expect to see the same attention given to this as given to the misconduct of the Secret Service agents.
