Ed Schultz's "Expert Analysis" on Why the Recall Lost

Hat tip Weasel Zippers

                                                       "I know why we lost."

Leave it to MSNBC's Butter and Egg man, Ed "Boom-Boom" Schultz to figure out why the Wisconsin recall effort fell flat on its face-in spite of his best efforts.

Yes! That's it! Obama had it right, after all. All those rubes and hicks in Bullsnuts, Wisconsin were clinging to their guns and Bibles.

So now it's up to the unions to sit down at the "War Table" and figure out what to do next. I have some suggestions.

How about they bring in a few thousand people from out of state, occupy the state capitol, threaten Walker with violence, picket his house, scare his family and be the thugs they know how to be?

"Whadda'ya mean youse didn't vote for da recall?"

*Update: Here is the latest from the War Table:

As Hitler says, it's time to head to the last redoubt, Berchtesgaden-Sacramento.

  1. Ed Schultz is a blithering idiot.

Walker was elected in 2010 because the Democratic Party ran an uninspiring old politician against Walker, who ran a bland, vague, campaign, but was able to present himself as the fresh young face to an electorate susceptible to "change."

Offered a chance to present a better face and a substantive program to the voters in 2012, the Democratic Party ran the same uninspiring candidate.

Although Scott Walker is fundamentally dishonest, an overgrown spoiled brat and a snake oil salesman, he was still the fresh face. Although there were many ways that "bold action" could have been taken, the Democratic campaign, once it caught up with the Recall, squelched any notion of offering any boldness at all.

Stuff it, Ed. We all like our guns and our religion. Do you want the Republicans to have all the guns?
