The lawsuit brought by UC Berkeley student Jessica Felber has been refiled in the Northern District of California. Felber is the Jewish student who was allegedly rammed with a shopping cart from behind by a member of the Students for Justice in Palestine. Earlier, the judge had dismissed the case by calling the incident an "exercise in free speech."
(Well do you expect from a federal judge in San Francisco?)

All I can say is that I hope Felber wins her case, and somebody wakes up the UC system that this kind of intimidation and bullying over a political issue is not acceptable on a university campus. We have been complaining about this stuff for years, and the suits that run UC have not had the cojones to confront it.
