Dolt

When it comes to making ridiculous statements, DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz is rapidly catching up with Nancy Pelosi. Now she comes forth blaming the Tea Party for all the incivility and even implying a link to the shooting of Gabrielle Giffords.

I would like to ask Debbie how many shootings have taken place at aTea Party event. She can then check and see how many have happened at Occupy protests. Here's a hint, Debbie (Oakland). How many people have turned up dead at Tea Party events? None. Occupy? What is it? One shooting, one suicide and one homeless guy that expired in a tent?

And if you think that's old news, here's today's news about the President having to send in the Coast Guard to protect grain shipments in Washington state from the thugs in the Longshoreman's union and Occupiers.(Hat tip Daily Calller)

How's that for incivility, Debbie? If that were George W Bush sending in the Coast Guard, you'd be the first to condemn him.

How many arrests have been made at Tea  Party events? None that I am aware of. On the other hand, Occupy protests are running in the hundreds. Yet, this dolt of a congresswoman continues to blame the wrong folks for incivility.

  1. This is why I never send money to the DNC. There are so many more effective things she could be saying. Call me Debbie, I can write much better lines for you. Gary will be left speechless.

  2. I dunno, but is pooping in public in the park or against a police car like the OWS people did "incivility"?

Hasn't anyone told her that the guy who shot Congresswoman Giffords an insane person with no ties or affinity to ANY right wing organization?

What about Left Wing violence against the Republican party convention delegates? The delegates have been subject to urine bombs, intimidation, and more at more than one convention. In my lifetime, there has NEVER been any violence against the Democratic convention organized by the right. There has been violence, such as in Chicago, but that was by people and organizations the were even further left then the Democratic party.

I can't believes she actually believes these statements. She just says them and knows some people will only read or hear left wing media and they will believe it. Before you know it, a lie becomes the accepted truth.

The DNC and the Dems act a lot like the Palestinians.

  5. Unfortunately, Syarlis is most likely quite accurate in his prediction of the 2012 election. Incumbency is a very potent weapon, and none of the Republicans who are running, at least in this moderate conservative’s view, has any real chance of winning. I, for one, am not super-impressed by any of them. I would, however, prefer any of them to Obama (yes, because he is black, of course, don’t you know?? Guess I better call myself a racist moderate conservative) as the “lesser of evils“, so to speak.

Other than Chris Christie and possibly Jeb Bush, who are apparently sitting this one out, I really don’t know who else they could run that would have a prayer. I must admit that for the first time in a long time, it was a pleasure to have neither a Bush nor a Clinton on the 2008 ballot. Hope I make it to 2016 because I think that will be a lot of fun, much more than now, because Hillary will certainly be back in the mix.

  6. elwood, if you are not a racist, you shouldn't waste your time protesting "I am not a racist," nor snidely characterizing yourself as one. Remember Richard Nixon, "I am not a crook"?

I have consoled Miggie many times that he is not a racist, he is a misanthrope. You, I think, are three-quarters of a misanthrope. But thanks for your realistic assessment of the way the election is heading. The Republicans are running a pack of clowns, and they are likely to end up with the emptiest talking head of all.

Ron Paul, I think, is the only Republican who might have a chance to beat the incumbent -- and his chances are far from overwhelming, plus, he is very unlikely to be nominated. I'm glad he's in the mix though.
