Hank Dannecker and his wife Michelle of One New Heart in Jerusalem are currently arranging for corrective surgery for two more Palestinian children at Wolfson Hospital in Israel. Below is the latest update received from Hank:

"Dear Friends,

I just arrived home from the hospital and it is 10:00 PM but I wanted to get out a quick update and prayer request.

I have seen both children that we are helping, our sponsored child, Hanan is two years old and is scheduled to be operated on tomorrow.

The baby Arkan is only three days old and we have paid to have him transported by two different ambulances to the hospital, as of now we do not have the funds to sponsor this baby.

The operation for Arkan is very complicated and at best his chances in the natural are about 50%.

Would you please remember these two in your prayers, our desire is to see the power of the resurrection!"

Grace & Peace,

Hank Dannecker Jr.

What a program. With all the talk of how to bring about peace and reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians, here is a program that saves the lives of Palestinian children and shows their families that Christians and Jews are not bad people.
