I am posting the below Fox article because it raises a question that must be asked: Are these flash mob attacks that are being committed in places like Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Chicago and other cities a case of black hooligans targeting white victims? At least somebody in Wisconsin is looking into it. Where is our Justice Department? Also note the pusillanimous statements made by some officials about lack of confessions or not hearing racial epithets. The last thing these officials want to do is charge black assailants with hate-based crimes against white victims.

This, of course, points out one of the problems with hate crime prosecutions. They are not being applied evenly. They are selected according to the race of the victim and the race of the perpetrator.
How often do you see gangs portrayed on TV that are multi-ethnic, you know the Rainbow Coalition street gang that attacks victims of all races? That's TV. In real life, we are seeing it on the 6 o'clock news. Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Chicago and the other cities have a common denominator. The assailants are black and the victims are white. Alas, no matter how high the statistics-even if they are 100%, it looks like some officials are ready to find excuses for not charging hate crimes because no one has confessed or no one heard racial epithets used. Mayor Michael Nutter of Philadelphia can see what it is. He is an intelligent man who is speaking truth, and he should be commended. He understands that this is hurting all black people especially the majority who abhor this activity.
And this bears repeating every day until I am proven wrong.
Where is President Obama?
Where is the NAACP?
Where is the Congressional Black Caucus?
Where is Jesse Jackson?
Where is Al Sharpton?
And where is the Justice Department under Eric Holder?
Don't give the perps extra credit Gary. Just treat them as the thugs they are. You are getting really good at shooting your own principles in the foot.
