Keystone Cops Coming to Dayton

Even the Dayton head of the NAACP says this is a joke. Yet, in the world of Eric Holder's Justice Department, if you fail a test-you pass it. Look at what the Justice Department has ruled for Dayton, Ohio.

As pointed out in the Gateway Pundit article, this will put a stigma on all the black applicants for a job with the Dayton Police Department.

What the DOJ (racial) bean counters have not figured out is something I figured out a long time ago in DEA. There are plenty of good minority applicants for these jobs. You don't have to lower the standards-especially down to failing- to get good minority candidates. That is the lazy bureaucrat's way out.

How ironic! This is finals week at UCI. Now I can tell my students that they can pass our courses with a 58% on their tests.

Can't I?

"Uhhhh.....yeaaaah."

  1. Amazing that the Attorney General would take a position that has been ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. It just goes to show how incompetent, politicized and downright racist the Department of Justice has become under Holder and Obama. Even the head of the NAACP in Dayton issued a statement saying that the DoJ was wrong!

Considering his incompetence, "Keystone Cops" is a compliment when referring to Holder's Justice.
