Staff Sgt. Salvatore Giunta- Congressional Medal of Honor
My old friend and DEA colleague, Bill Bish, has captured a noteworthy article by Michael Barry on his (Bill's) blog, "Thoughts from the Bish". I am pleased to cross-post it here, but not pleased to hear how the Obama administration hands out Medal of Honors. This video last over 5 minutes, but is worth it.

The link seems to be lacking any detail at all about what the writer's beef is.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Siarlys. I checked it out as well and couldn't figure out what the big deal was. I chalked it up to me not really paying that much attention/not really caring about what some blowhard had to say.
ReplyDeleteI did watch Obama's presentation of the Medal though, and I thought that was a great and respectful speech. It came off as very genuine (and I don't always think that Obama comes off as genuine).
