Jimmy Carter....Once More

"Whaddaya got for us, Mac?"

"Another load of Carter books."

Oh no! Not another book by Jimmy Carter. Afraid so, folks. Grandpa Carter is back with another round of trying to overcome his legacy as history's most incompetent president with a book of his years in the White House. This time, Carter trashes Ted Kennedy as he tries to take credit for passing health care legislation. He used the occasion to tell CBS that none other than Ted Kennedy sabotaged health care reform while he was president.

Few ex-presidents have matched Carter when comes to classlessness, especially after 4years of disaster, which even Democrats concede was the Carter presidency. This guy was living proof that micro-managing doesn't work. As the country was crumbling around him, this boob kept the sign-up book for the White House tennis court in the Oval Office because his aides were quibbling over court space.

Of course, one suspected that Carter never forgave Kennedy for trying to take the nomination from him-a sitting Democrat president. Never mind that after Kennedy dropped out, boob Carter chased him all over the convention stage with his (Carter's) nose straight up his (Kennedy's) keester. It was sickening.

"Go get'em, kid."

As ex-president, boob Carter has tried to act almost as a shadow president, criticizing Republican presidents, roaming the globe trying to make his own deals with dictators, and trying to submarine the state of Israel in favor of his Arab allies, who pump millions into his Carter Center down there in Georgia.

Now yet another book, in which he tries to steal credit for trying to get health care legislation passed-trashing Kennedy in the process.

I was never a fan of Ted Kennedy in any way, shape or form, but this latest book from Carter will just go down as another dump truck-load of trash on the trash dump legacy of his presidency and public life.
