Hillary in Ecuador-Exceeding Her Jurisdiction

"President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy. And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act."

This is what Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told an Ecuadoran TV interviewer recently during her trip to South America when asked about the Arizona immigration law.

First of all, she is the Secretary of State, not the President, not the Attorney General. She should have deferred any comments to those two men or simply stated what was public knowledge; that the Justice Department was studying the matter.

So, in announcing that DOJ will, in fact, file a lawsuit, is she jumping the gun. releasing heretofore undisclosed information or just wrong.

To announce that there will or will not be a lawsuit filed by DOJ should be announced by the Attorney General.

For the umpteenth time, I call on President Obama to fire Hillary Clinton.

  1. Now you are reminding me that I voted for Obama because I did not want Hillary to become president.

  2. I did to in the Ca primaries because as an independent, I couldn't vote for a rep but could vote for a Dem. I hated Hillary.
