Carol Shea-Porter (D-NH) Laughed at by "Hateful" Constituents at Town Hall Meeting

Well, it looks like the town hall meetings are starting again, and the results haven't gotten any better for the Democrats. Last week, Carol Shea-Porter held a town hall meeting in Manchester, NH. Apparently, all the "hooded Klan members", "Nazis", and other assorted "haters" showed up to voice their displeasure about the health care bill. (Pay very close attention to the "hater" in the front row on the right with balding grey hair.)

So did you catch it? I can spot a dangerous, right-wing hater a mile away.

  1. Surely conservatives would never interrupt a public speaker or disrupt the event in a way which prevents them from speaking!

  2. Anonymous,

Why absolutely not! (At least not in the manner lefties do it). If they adopted the lefty tactic, Shea-Porter would not have been allowed to speak at all.

Did you see what that "hater" in the front row was doing?

  3. Gary, who was calling these people, at this particular event, "hateful" and "dangerous"? Certainly some of the protesters at these meetings can be described as such (like the ones who yell and shout down the presenter and the ones who accuse them of being Nazis). But who's saying that about this one? Or are you knocking down strawmen again?

  4. Lance,

Not this particular event that I am aware of, but maybe we should watch MSNBC to see if they feature it. The truth is that the Dems and the media are characterizing many events like this and many crowds like this as hateful and dangerous. The latest was Maxine Waters a few days ago. It's a constant campaign to demonize these folks.
