Mahesh Mahadevan
The dead body discovered on the UC-Irvine campus Thursday night has now been identified as that of Mahesh Mahadevan, a 22-year-old student from India, who was reported missing the previous Saturday. His body was found in some bushes on a remote part of the campus with a bog over his head. According to authorities, suicide is suspected.
