In the first clip, British Representative to the EU, Nigel Farage, gives the what for to the President of the European Council, an uncharismatic empty suit named Hermann van Rompuy from Belgium-who Frage also insults.



As a result of his remarks to van Rompuy, Farage was fined nearly 3000 Euros.
