Gaza-What the Anti-Israel Crowd Won't Tell You

Members of a radical Islamic group in Gaza called Jund Ansar Allah

Remember Gaza? Well, the Israeli army may have stood town, but bad things are still happening in that strip of land that the world got so in an upraor about several months ago. Just from last week:

"GAZA CITY (CNN) -- A radical Muslim sheikh called Friday for the creation of an Islamic emirate in Gaza, sparking clashes with Hamas forces that left 13 people dead, Hamas sources tell CNN."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In another news item, a 27-year-old mother of five was beaten to death with an iron chain by her own father last week in Gaza in what is being reported as....yes, an "honor killing".

According to Gaza police, "The Honorable" Jawdat al-Najar, heard his (divorced)daughter Fadia speaking on the phone with a man. Thinking that Fadia was having a relationship with the man, al-Najar became enraged and beat her to death.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"From the river to the sea. Palestine will be free!" (so the chant goes.)

Meanwhile, Hamas continues to lob those rockets into Israeli border towns like Sderot. (They never stopped.) They also continue to smuggle arms through those underground tunnels.

None of which you will hear from the anti-Israel crowd here in the US. None of which you will hear about on university campuses. None of which you will hear about from loons masquerading as academics like Norman Finklestein. Nor from loons masquerading as British politicians like George Galloway. No, Israel is the villain for fighting back against the terrorists who run (and fight each other for control of) Gaza.

Now you know why Israel built that wall.
