It has now been four days that CAIR has kept a report up on its web site about an assault on a young Muslim woman-after the story has been shown to be a hoax.
I wrote a lenghty letter to New U last wek on their puff piece about el Houdaiby's talk with no mention of the dissenting voices in the audience including my question to Houdaiby (you can see it on red county or reut's blog-i don't have that capability yet.) I also pointed out the reference ti "right-wing extremists" that the writer used to characterize those who had a different view on the MB. I also raised the question of what is being taught to journalism students these days.
It was not published. Unfortunately, I forget to save it when I sent the email, so I couldn't put it up on my blog.
Email them. I know it's not your responsibility to, but if you're going to complain about it then at least let them know.
ReplyDeleteBryan,
ReplyDeleteIf cair has to depend on little ol' me to keep their blog up to date and accurate, then they are a pretty amateur organization, don't you think?
So I guess you won't be writing anymore letters to the New U, for example?
ReplyDeleteI am going to email them with a link to your posts and see what they say. I'll report back.

Hey Bryan,
ReplyDeleteHow did your email to cair work out?
Tomorrow will be day 5-and will be duly noted.
