On Friday, I wrote that a young Muslim student at Elmhurst College in Illinois had been charged for filing a false police report on October 9th that she had been assaulted in a college restroom by a masked man who pistol-whipped her and threatened her with death because she was a Muslim. The next day, CAIR reported the incident on its website. Now that the incident has been proven a hoax and the girl charged, it would seem appropriate that CAIR take down the original report of October 10 and write an update-if for no other reason to calm emotions that may have been stirred up by the initial report.
The CAIR report of the incident may be found at:

Over the weekend, I wrote a post entitled, "A Friendly Suggestion to CAIR" outlining the most recent development and suggesting it was time to update their website.
As I write this, CAIR still has the initial report of the assault up on their website with no update. Perhaps, I could understand if no one was working on the weekend, but it's Monday now and time to keep that website up to date, right?
Let's see how many days it takes CAIR to take down that report-and if they report that it was all a hoax.
Today is Day 3.
