Awfully vague. It says the State Department fought against the designation, but doesn't quote one State Department paper on the subject. It says Hillary didn't designate it, but doesn't show how or even whether the idea was formally presented. It says congressmen called for the designation, but doesn't quote a single one, nor how they communicated their "call," nor what response, if any, it got. If the accusers took themselves seriously, they'd put some substance into these typical blog rants.
