A truck driver stabbed three women to death and injured a fourth at a truck stop in Knoxville, Tennessee today. We don't know the motive. The stabber, Idris Abdus-Salaam, 33, was shot and killed by police.

Police have not identified the motive, and surely more will come out from witness statements and a background on the suspect. Was this an act of Jihad similar to the knife attacks we are seeing in Europe? Could this be the start of a similar trend in America? Or was this just some nut case? We will follow up on this.
