Is It Time to File Criminal Charges Over University Disruptions?

Hat tip Frontpage Magazine

That's the question Edwin Black asks in Frontpage Magazine using the recent disruption at UCLA by Students for Justice in Palestine.

I would take it a step farther. The Justice Department could and should start a RICO investigation of the SJP, which as far as I am concerned is a nationwide conspiracy to disrupt Jewish, pro-Israel events and deny them their First Amendment rights.

Yes, it is time to file charges against the disrupters of groups that want to exercise their right to free speech on College and University campuses. They should be charged to the full extent of the law. Only this will stop or at least slow down the violators of the U.S. Constitution, 1st Amendment rights of others.
