Who Interferes in Other People's Elections?

We hear a lot of talk these days about how Vladimir Putin allegedly interfered in our election on behalf of Donald Trump. Well, isn't that what our former president, Barack Obama, is now doing in France, which goes to the polls Sunday to elect their next president?
Keep in mind this is the same president who sent his operatives to Israel to help opposition campaign against Benjamin Netanyahu. This is nothing new for Obama.

I don't think I'll be paying a lot of attention to what Barack Obama has to say in his retirement. He was a reasonably good president, far better than anyone else on offer, but that's a low bar. I don't admire liberal values, so this endorsement loses me, not that I have a vote as to who will be president of France. Le Pen with a left-wing prime minister might be good, that is, if he didn't end up in a position similar to Ernst Rohm, albeit sans bloodshed.
Ernst Roehm?? And you think my Nazi analogies are stretched.
