For some reason, MSNBC keeps going back to Maxine Waters no matter how many times she embarrasses herself and the network. In a telling clip, she rambles on about her conspiracy theories involving collusion between Trump and Putin. Then just before the clip ends, she admits she has no evidence.
"...from Putin's playbook."
Don't feel bad, Maxine. Apparently, nobody else does either. As far as Putin's playbook is concerned, Maxine wouldn't know Putin's playbook from a Bugs Bunny comic book.
