Two Muslim suspects are in custody in the Dortmund soccer bus bombing. Vlad Tepes has a translation of the note found at the scene as well as a sub-titled video of a statement by a spokeswoman for the federal authorities.

Given the power of the bomb, this could have been a major tragedy. Fortunately, only one person was injured on the bus.
*Further update (4-13). The German police have announced that an Iraqi man arrested previously is in custody on charges other than the bus bombing.
