The word, "haram" in Arabic means forbidden and is important in Islamic vocabulary. It refers to things that are forbidden to practicing Muslims such as pork or alcohol.

Donald Trump is the man we elected to be president. Whether you like him or not, he is hardly "haram". It is not just a cute play on words; it is offensive.

What are you, an opponent of religious liberty? If a Baptist preacher can condemn homosexuality as forbidden (and they indeed have every right to do so) there is no legal reason that clergy of any faith should not declare Donald Trump haram. He may be for all we know.
