CAIR Crying Over Sen. Cruz's Muslim Brotherhood Bill

Hat tip Investigative Project on Terrorism

"Awad defended the Muslim Brotherhood at the press conference, saying it has been "part in parcel of the democratic process" that it believes in democracy."

You all remember Senator Ted Cruz, don't you? Don't forget him because he is back at work in the Senate and doing good things. One is co-sponsoring Kate's Law, which is named after Kate Steinle, murdered by an illegal alien in San Francisco. The other is a bill to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. Predictably, the Council on American Islamic Relations is crying foul.

As outlined above, CAIR is an arm of the MB. In addition, I find it ironic that CAIR routinely condemns acts of terrorism carried out in America or Europe (not in Israel) and claims it has nothing to do with Islam, which is a hoot. Thus, why would they care if an Egyptian-based organization is designated as a terrorist group? I mean what skin do they have in the game?

Oh yes. I forgot. They are a product of the Brotherhood. They have a lot of skin in the game.

Could we sent Ted Cruz and the leadership of CAIR to some island in the Pacific and run some sort of televised reality show? Naturally, we also want to send a few more like-minded individuals and start with roughly even teams. Then the rest of us, aside from tuning in to enjoy the show, could get on with our lives.

Cruz does not support terrorists like Hamas. CAIR does.

CAIR is listed as a like minded organization in the 1991 Explanatory Memorandum used as evidence in the 2008 HLF terrorism funding trial. Hamas-CAIR is not a compassionate organization as they claim to be.

If I thought Cruz was an ally of Hamas, I wouldn't have suggested sending them all to the island for the reality show. It takes a certain amount of tension and conflict to be entertaining.

But CAIR is apparently on the same page as President Trump here... Egypt has NOT been designated as a country where visas will not be issued for 90 days.

You know, Trump should have called this a "Visa Holiday." Then his acts would have a Rooseveltian New Deal flavor.

CAIR, being an organ of the MB wants the current Egyptian government to fall back to the Brotherhood.
