A History Professor Who Doesn't Understand History

"Actually, I'm not really a professor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night."

It never ceases to amaze me some of the people who are teaching our kids these days. At the University of Missouri, we had an asst. professor of communications and journalism named Melissa Click, who didn't know much about the First Amendment when she called for some "muscle" to remove a student reporter who was videotaping a public protest on campus. Mizzou had the good sense to fire her for incompetence, but she was hired by ultra-liberal Evergreen University in Washington State.

At UC Irvine, we have a law school dean Erwin Chemerinsky, who recently wrote (after the election of Donald Trump, of course) that the electoral college was unconstitutional even though it was written into the US Constitution by the framers.

Now comes a guy named Joe Palermo, a history professor at California State University at Sacramento. He apparently doesn't know much about he history of this country especially as it pertains to the First Amendment. He thinks Donald Trump  should be prohibited from using Twitter because he doesn't agree with the idea of climate change (other than the four seasons, of course).

You can't put a price tag on four years of this stuff.
