Those who are weighing whether to indict Hillary Clinton over the irresponsible way in which she handled our national security through her State Department communications must now consider that her emails, indeed, fell into the wrong hands-an important consideration in whether to prosecute or not.

It is now clear that if this case revolved around an unknown and insignificant government official, prosecution would be certain. The question is whether our system of justice-which we consider to be the best in the world-really works equally for all.
