The FBI has issued a statement that Faisal Mohammad, the UC Merced student who went on a stabbing spree on campus last year before being shot by campus police was inspired by ISIS though there is no indication he was directly connected to any terrorist group.

Though we know much of the information contained in Mohammad's manifesto, the full document has yet to be released. I think it is now appropriate to do so.
