Several days ago, a decapitated body was found in Amsterdam in a burned out car. The victim was identified as Nabeel Amzieb. Later, the head of the victim was found in a bag left on the sidewalk in front of a Moroccan hookah bar.

Now the Dutch police have released a surveillance video showing the man who left the bag on the street. His face is hooded, however. Police are asking the public for any clues as to the man's identity.
