This could be very significant. A federal judge has ruled that Judicial Watch can depose Hillary Clinton and her top aides as to why their Freedom of Information request was stonewalled by the State Department for 6 years.

A Clinton campaign spokeshole quickly condemned the ruling as part of the right wing attack against Hillary's campaign. He was then reminded that Judge Emmet G. Sullivan was appointed to the District Court of Washington DC in 1994 by Bill Clinton.

Reminds me of 2008, when Gov. Richardson of New Mexico endorsed Barack Obama, and Carville (can't remember if its James or some other first name) compared Richardson to Judas Iscariot. I don't have Carville's ear, but I thought, "Your one to talk. You've been sleeping with the enemy ever since you married Mary Matalin."
