He insulted an imam (the leader of ISIS)
So a French cop opens up an anonymous Facebook page in which he condemns Islamic terrorists-specifically ISIS over the decapitation of a French citizen and he includes an unflattering portrait of the head of ISIS. This is precisely the type of international legislation the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, a 57-nation body within the UN is pushing. When she was secretary of state, Hillary Clinton met behind closed doors twice with this bunch to discuss their demands. The French have always done things this way. The only thing that changes is who is wielding what stick at who.
