You have to hand it to Hillary Clinton. She sure knows who belongs in jail. With the possibility of criminal indictments hanging over her head, she has come out and stated that "jail was the right place" for Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis, who spent a few days in the hoosegow after refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples.
