Clinton E-Mail Practices Were "Not Acceptable"

"A State Department assistant secretary said Wednesday it's "not acceptable" for any agency employee to conduct government business on a private email server as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did."

Richard Nixon must be laughing in his grave.

If this was the way she ran the State Department, can you imagine how she would run the country?

And yet, this vain-glorious woman is prancing around the country as if nothing were wrong, there was no Benghazi, and no allegations of financial monkey business with the Clinton Foundation, conflict of interest and selling the policy of the State Department.

In fact, this woman, who has been running for president for 24 days now, has yet to grant an interview to the press. You want to know why? Because she thinks she doesn't have to. Nobody serious is challenging her for the Democratic nomination. In baseball terms, she thinks all she has to do is toss her glove onto the field.

If this were a Republican, his or her candidacy would be still-born.

"You just don't get it, Fousesquawk."

My kingdom for the days (1978-1999) when either the Congress or the AG could request that a special panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit appoint a special prosecutor (later re-named independent counsel) to investigate allegations of wrongdoing against both current and FORMER holders of high Federal office.

This prosecutor/counsel was truly independent in that he/she could only be dismissed by the AG for "good cause" or by the court when the job was done, totally unlike the present Office of Special Counsel, which is located within and whose incumbent is both appointed and subject to dismissal by, DOJ.
