As today we witness Charlie Hebdo arrive on our shores-specifically in Garland, Texas, we look back to France, the scene of the Charlie Hebdo atrocity, where a memorial to Ilan Halimi, tortured and murdered by a Muslim gan because he was Jewish, has been defaced.
