Is anybody surprised here? Did anybody really think that this Justice Dept. was going to prosecute Lois Lerner for contempt?

I note that the U.S. Attorney did this one on the way out the door, apparently getting out of Dodge with no heat left to fade. Same with Holder earlier, except that I understand his contempt citation was never even presented to the U. S. Attorney, as is required by law, but was headed off by DOJ. What a place!!!
