In Denmark, Solidarity with the Killer and More Denial From Politicians and Religious Leaders

"The day after the shootings, the political spokesperson of the main liberal opposition party went on television and said, "We are dealing with a small group that is abusing the Koran." In other words, once again we are faced with one or more Muslims who have completely misunderstood their own religion. The implication, of course is that Danes have nothing to fear from the fast growing number of Muslims or the spread of Islam."
-Jihad i Malmo

Omar El-Hussein, the Muslim killer who attacked a free speech meeting and a synagogue in Copenhagen last week, killing two before being killed by police is actually being honored by several young Muslims in Denmark. The spot where he died has become a place of pilgrimage. Meanwhile, the country's leaders and media continue to deny the problem. The below link from the Swedish blog, Jihad i Malmo has a French news report with English sub-titles.
