Jim Clapper's Super Bowl Lock

Hey there, sports fans, it's me, Big Jim with your Super Bowl lock.

If you're like me, you probably turned off the TV in the last four minutes of the Packers' 19-7 romp over the hapless Seahawks. I mean, what can you say? Four times Russell Wilson throws to Jermaine Kearse. Four times he gets intercepted. Game over.

Ditto for the Patriots' pile-it-on win over the Colts. I wonder what Colts' coach Chuck Pagano had to say to Bill Belichick after the game.

"Hey Bill! That sure was a nice bomb Brady threw in the last minutes. It was just out of the reach of the receiver or else you would have beaten us 52-7 instead of 45-7. Good luck in the Super Bowl."

And did you see Andrew Luck yesterday? You talk about the Pats taking the air out of the ball (heh heh).

Oh, well. Time to pick the winner in the Game We Have All Been Waiting For.

The way I (and my intelligence experts) see it, this is Green Bay's game to lose. The combination of Aaron Rodgers' right leg and Mason Crosby's right leg should be enough. I look for the Pack to jump out to an early lead then turn the game over to their defense and special teams.

Final score:

Packers 19
Patriots 7

The early line inl Las Vegas is even up. It will probably change.

This is what happens when you depend upon Susan Rice for your intelligence report on the NFL championship game.
The question is: What will your intelligence team predict of the Super Bowl?
