Shame on the Church of Scotland

At a time when Christians and Jews should be marching together in lockstep, it is disturbing to see certain Christian denominations, at least their leadership, marching against Israel. Now it is the Church of Scotland.

As a (Protestant) Christian, I take strong exception to this campaign by so many church leaders to take up the Palestinian cause against Israel. I believe much of it is fueled by left-wing ideology and a dose of good old fashioned anti-Semitism. It makes me ashamed.

Maybe its fueled by the determination of Israel's government to implement the programs Palestinian propagandists have long accused Israel of committing.

By the way, as a long-time critic of the way much of the Muslim world treats women, you should be very concerned by this:

Anony Mouse, the point I'm trying to make is that the ultra-Orthodox display many of the same traits Gary often points to among Wahabbi Muslims.
