This is a matter of significance?
People make asses of themselves on the street all the time. Why are people always looking for opportunities to be victims or shrews or both, instead of brushing idiocy off with the contempt it deserves?
The first response would be, we don't show our asses in this country, only our knees. Is is different where you come from?
The second response would be, you're the judge of who offends you, and you can offend me right back if it makes you feel better. In fact, you already have.
The third response would be, oh by all means, did you think wearing a skirt down to the knee is a criminal offense? Call them, and they'll explain it to you.
