Susan Rice Blames the Intelligence Community
US Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice is now blaming the "intelligence community" for her false statements on all the Sunday talk shows days after the Benghazi attacks.
Sorry, Sweet Sue, but that doesn't hold water. Within 24 hours of the attacks, it was the "intelligence community" that was reporting that this appeared to be a pre-planned attack. One would have thought that the State Department itself would have known that since DOS Security official Charlene Lamb and others were monitoring the event in real time. They themselves had to know that there was no protest against a video-only the attack itself an hour after Ambassador Stevens was outside the compound saying good bye to the Turkish ambassador.
What is still missing here from Ms Rice's account is who sent her out on the Sunday talk circuit 5 days later to spin the false version she is now so famous for. Was it Ms Clinton or the White House? I mean, who else gives her orders?
Hey Candy Crowley! If you don't ask President Obama about it tonight, you are being derelict in your job as debate moderator.
