Below is a recent video showing comments made by Egyptian cleric Hashem Islam Ali Islam of the Fatwah Committee of Al Azhar University in Cairo. He speaks on the religious duty of "martyrdom operations" and refers specifically to the Zionist enemy.

It should be noted that Al Azhar (Islamic) University is considered one of the foremost Islamic authorities in the world. Therefore, this is not some obscure fringe character speaking.
