One Fine Day in Bonn

Saturday in Bonn, Germany, Salafist Muslims rioted against German police in response to a pro-NRW* demonstration. Approximately 100 were arrested, two policemen stabbed and a report of a shot being fired at cops.
* Nord Rhine Westphalia political party against Muslim immigration. As in Solingen a few days previous, they feature anti-Islam cartoon posters.

A pox on both their houses. The main difference between anti-(Jewish)Semitism and anti-(Muslim)Semitism, is the century in which each makes its mark. But, Salafists in particular are equally odious, and will just have to get used to the fact that Germany is NOT a Thousand Year Islamic Reich.
Perhaps the police should let them bury the hatchet in each other, while sealing the brouhaha off from the rest of the population.
