Check out the guy in the grey shirt over Joe Biden's right shoulder as the VP gives a stirring speech on jobs at a North Carolina community college.

We all know Biden is boring, and tends to put his foot in his mouth whenver he opens it. That's why he never got out of single-digits as a presidential candidate.

Out of curiosity, precisely where in the Constitution does it give the administration the right or authority to favor one industry over another or to pick winners and losers?

This is big government run amock, trying to micro manage our lives. There isn't any facet of our lives anymore where the government hasn't got a law or a conviction about what we must do. It is the opposite of Liberty.

The guy falling asleep is a depiction of how we got there. We didn't pay attention to what the pitch was. Too many were getting something from the government, so who cares what Biden says? The sleeper's vote has been bought and paid for already.

The constitution authorized congress to regulate interstate commerce, and this has long been understood to include establishing subordinate agencies, or authorizing the president to execute certain statutory provisions.

The constitution, being a jurisdictional document, in no way attempts to prescribe HOW interstate commerce shall be regulated. That is something legislators determine, within the scope of their jurisdiction, subject to being denied re-election by voters who would like interstate commerce regulated in a different manner.

Miggie's lesson in constitutional history and civics for today.

What makes you think the guy in the grey t-shirt knows anything about the Constitution? You're judgement is slipping.
